Another way to win door prizes at MCTM’s Spring Conference!

Yes!  It’s true!  There is a new way to win door prizes at this year’s conference!  In addition to the door prize drawing that takes place at the end of the conference, you have another opportunity to win big!

Come play Exhibit Hall BINGO for a chance to win amazing prizes generously donated by our exhibitors and by MCTM.

How to Play:

  • Pick up a board in the exhibit hall near the MCTM store.
  • Have fun exploring the booths in the exhibit hall.
  • Have representatives from each booth listed sign their space.
  • Once your board is completely filled out (black-out), drop it off in the same location you picked it up.
  • Check back to see if you are a winner!

How to Win:

  • Completed boards will be drawn at random throughout the day on Friday.
  • The last winner will be drawn on Friday at 5:45 pm.
  • Winners will be notified via the message board in the same location.
  • Winners pick their prize; based on first-come, first-served.
  • Prizes can be picked up throughout the day on Friday and Saturday.
  • All prizes must be picked up by 12:45 pm on Saturday.

Exhibit Hall Bingo Hours:

  • Thursday, 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm for symposium attendees
  • Thursday, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm during the Social Mixer
  • Friday, 7:15 am – 12:15 pm
  • Friday, 1:15 pm – 5:45 pm
