Meet your Region 7 Director

Hello! My name is Sandra Ketterling, and I am the MCTM Region 7 Director. 

Region 7 is the blue area in the Northwest quarter of MN.

I currently teach Algebra 2, Math Recovery, and Coding at Red Lake High School. I am also the Robotics Coach for our High School. 

I have attended MCTM every year since I was a pre-service teacher. I love to be around other math teachers that are passionate about math but understand how complex teaching and learning can be.  MCTM is a conference where it feels like teachers are there to learn, reflect, and grow. I am excited to be a part of helping MCTM learn, reflect, and grow! 

When I’m not thinking about teaching, I enjoy going to the movies and biking with my husband, knitting, and spending time with family and friends.
