This summer, I along with Region 7 Director Becky Rud, attended the NCTM Affiliates Leaders Conference in Phoenix. We found a common challenge is that change isn’t easy and we spent time with the ideas presented in the book “Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard” (Chip Heath & Dan Heath, 2010).
